PRESENTATION

The ISO 9001:2015 standard, widely recognized in quality management worldwide, adapts to the current circumstances of organizations by incorporating three essential elements for its implementation: organizational understanding, risk management, and leadership. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the ISO 9001:2015 management model, analyzes the standard’s requirements, establishes control mechanisms to ensure proper risk management, and addresses the implementation process while considering the additions in the latest version of the standard.
