Development of procedures to systematically monitor, analyze, and control the progress and performance of the consulting project.
The consulting project is defined through formal authorization by the client via a contract or service order. A General Project Plan is submitted, which includes: Project Charter, Quality Plan, Risk Plan, and Communication Plan.
Through an assessment or in-depth interviews, we evaluate the organization’s current situation and develop a Detailed Work Plan, which includes the scope, objectives, SLA, timeline, responsible parties, and stakeholders.
We provide consulting services in accordance with international standards to achieve the goals set with our client.
At this stage, a final report is submitted to the client, outlining the results achieved and the return on investment.
